Houve uma vontade forte de este fim-de-semana servir como ponto de formação pessoal forte aos pedagógicos participantes.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">António Theriaga</span> falou de gestão da mudança, <span style="font-weight: bold;">Helena Leite</span> de Gestão de Equipas e <span style="font-weight: bold;">Rui Francês</span> de gestão de tempo. Da parte da tarde, <span style="font-weight: bold;">Nuno Vieira</span> falou de gestão de equipas regionais, <span style="font-weight: bold;">Nuno Canilho</span> de Comunicação e <span style="font-weight: bold;">Mário Correia</span> de Novas tecnologias aplicadas ao escutismo. Foram todos elogiados.<br /><br />Durante a tarde houve tempo de 'bater puro e duro' na monitorização da fase piloto dos agrupamentos. Com momentos de debate muito interessante e elucidativo, que foram acompanhados por três twitters residentes.<br /><br />Também a Eucaristia foi bastante iPE. O Padre Nuno Santos presidiu a uma celebração com explicações interessantes de momentos importantes, numa cerimónia em que participaram, também, os exploradores do Agrupamento 5-Ronfe, do núcleo de Guimarães, região de Braga.<br /><br />À noite, depois de um repasto merecido, prosseguiram os trabalhos com uma fase de esclarecimento de dúvidas dos tutores monitores relativamente ao RAP. De manhãzinha, e com cara de sono, lá foram aparecendo todos os elementos inscritos. Começámos pelas dez da manhã com uma oração em que fomos convidados a abrirmo-nos à novidade e à partilha.<br />Depois de uma apresentação inicial e marcada pelo entusiasmo, dedicada ao ‘Ser Pedagógico’, três ateliers criaram momentos de dinamismo e de partilha que ajudaram os nossos pedagógicos, monitores e alguns tutores a saber um pouco mais sobre gestão de equipas, de mudança e de tempo. Seguimos depois para o almoço, após o qual fomos desafiados para um jogo de pista via sms. O famoso Jogo das iPeddy_SMS’s! As equipas envolvidas – Msn, Facebook, gTalk e Twitter – esmeraram-se no cumprimento das tarefas e até criaram toques polifónicos para se identificarem! Imaginem lá quem ganhou… Todas as equipas, claro! É que foi dificílimo escolher uma única vencedora!<br />Depois do jogo, a tarde continuou com mais três ateliers, onde aprendemos a comunicar melhor, gerir equipas a nível regional e de núcleo e dominar técnicas web. Depois do intervalo em que aconchegámos o estômago (repararam como a mesa tinha uns sapatinhos para evitar que as formigas trepassem?), foi a vez de um debate intenso sobre o RAP. Fortemente promovido! Arrisco dizer até exageradamente (no bom sentido) promovido.<br /><br />O Programa Educativo é o produto central do Escutismo!
